   PROS: For the price I was satisfied. Simple to setup, excellent customer service, supported my ancient and new cameras, excellent quality, excellent features for small sites. The Android SmartLink software is a 4 out of 5 stars lots better than the SmartLink PC software. The console software is a lot better than the ancient version, but more like a 3 out of 5 stars.

   CONS: Windows PC SmartLink is more usable than older versions, but the playback/search mode is pretty terrible with files larger than 20 meg which are fantastic than 1 minute long. The search capabilities are poor, speed poor, crashing poor, search user friendliness is poor. The username/passwords are 4-5 characters in length so its scary putting the thing on the Internet. There is no keyboard on the console so you are typing with the mouse which is a pain.
