Very light and somehow stable (unless you are facing moderate wind).
The propellers seem to be quite resistant, as I crashed a couple of times (even turning the drone upside down). Although on the box says “8 minute flying time” it lasts a small longer than that and even more if you turn off the use of camera.
Comes with a 2GB memory card (you won’t need more than that) and a spare kit of propellers.

I called Swann Communication’s technical support number to be place on hold for about a half an hour. When I finally got to talk to someone I was informed that I needed to talk to Customer Support. I called Customer Support to be told that I was 13th in line for service. I waited on line for a while, but it became clear that I wasn’t talking to anyone before the end of Swann’s business day. I called again today and was on hold for over an hour before someone responded. I clarified the problem with the helicopter, that it was a gift and the problem with Wyoming wind which limited my options to try it for the first time. The only response I got was that I needed to have the receipt and it had to be less than 90 days ancient.
There is nothing in or on the box that indicates that there is a limited warranty period or what the time limit is. And, no I cannot even buy repair parts for it. They only sell the helicopters, then you are on your own. Needless to say, I am not pleased. I have an fascinating plastic thing with four propellers which is useless… But wait! Maybe I can nail it up next to my bird feeder, the wind will rotate the propellers and, with luck, scare away the pigeons!!
