My experience with Swann has been a disapointment. I always thought they were high class, but when trying to get things to work, they drop the ball. My system will not work with Internet Explorer 11, and their installer wants to charge me $100 or so to do a firmware upgrade. I bought a doorbell video intercom from them and the person inside cannot talk to the person outside. After a year of calls to tech support, they would not help me or repair or replace. They demanded a receipt and I could not find. I had other proof of buy, but they would not budge. They do not seem to care about the customer. Sadly that is who I am. Don’t buy their stuff, I won’t! NEVER AGAIN….

The DVR system never worked them I am in the process of exchanging in so far as been a pain in the neck very poor very miserable very unsatisfied
